Mark II has an elevated flush tapering cantilevered glazed roof module - The Mark III has a splayed outward elevated roof element for enhanced views similar to that of airport air traffic control towers.
Design, technology and performance driven - the houses ultilise a sleek angled profile within a clean and powerful pure form. The façade and roof act also as rainwater collectors with the removal of unsightly visible roof drainage channels. Replaced are concealed drainage trenches and self-cleaning bio-glass for easier water run-off and low maintenance cleaning.
The rainwater is a grey water system for toilets, washing machines and garden irrigation.
Aviation technology includes a ‘Smart Suit’ skin with super flat honeycomb aluminium panels coated with a marine high gloss finish. Integrated Aerogel vacuum insulation and advanced super insulated glazing with mirror heat technology are standard.
